Our business started with two incredibly talented women, a mother and an aunt, folding dough and prepping stuffing late into the night. Making samosas not for profit but for the joy and excitement of feeding others with something they love! With recipes carried from Tanzania and perfected over generations, this "simple" snack became a way to connect, comfort, and celebrate.

Rooted in East African tradition, where resilience was the secret ingredient, this brand is our family's tribute to where we came from and how far we've come. Each samosa symbolizes that journey!

Every single samosa is crafted individually with time, precision, and generations of expertise. From making the filling to folding each triangle with intention, we believe that the best things take effort, which you can taste in every bite.

What sets us apart? We use hand-selected seasonings imported directly from Tanzania to ensure every batch bursts with bold, East African flavor. Each batch is seasoned to comfort, to connect, and to remind you of home, whether it's yours by memory or by discovery.

We started this journey to create more than just delicious food. We wanted to build something that would feel familiar to all. For us, that means sharing the rich, vibrant flavors of East Africa with those who know it well and those who may be experiencing it for the first time.

Meet our head cook, Mama Chef! Our Mama of the brand has been making samosas with her very own mama from a very young age. From tradition that has been deeply ingrained from the earliest of time, you are bound to grow a smile on your face when trying one of Mama's samosas!

Auntie Chef

Meet our co-cook, Auntie Chef! Our Auntie has been working alongside Mama for quite some time now. When Mama noticed that her samosas were becoming a fan favorite among the family, she knew that Auntie would make an amazing helping hand as she has had some of her very own snacks become a fan favorite as well!
